Prayer: These Writ petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respective respondents to pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2008 to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as per the scheme of froad accident benefit on passing orders.

When the writ petitions came up for hearing on 31.07.2018, the Registry was directed to print the name of Mr.C.Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and delete the name of Mr.V.Subbaroyan and post the matter on 01.08.2018. When the writ petitions were called on 01.08.2018 morning there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ petitions were passed over to 2:15 p.m. Even in the afternoon, when the W.P's were called there was no representation for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 02.08.2018. Even today, when the matter's were called in the morning and also in
