6. As rightly contended, when shop has already been opened on 05.06.2018, writ petition filed on 11.06.2018, for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from opening a TASMAC Shop based on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2018, has become infructuous.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
