panel of Superintendent of the year 2007-2008 with original seniority with reference to the date of entry into service.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed. No costs.
