To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or any order or direction in the nature of a writ calling for records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in TIN.33705565906/2011-12 dated 23.12.2016 and quash the same and to consequently direct the 2nd respondent to re-do the assessment afresh after giving adequate opportunity to the petitioner.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAJA.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:-
Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Writ Miscellaneous petition is ordered and the delay of 355 days in representing the above writ petition is condoned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Mediation and
Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench towards infrastructure facilities, within one week from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.
