Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondents and quash the impugned Termination order dated 1.8.2005 by the 3rd Respondent, confirmed by the 2nd Respondent Dated 19.7.2006 and subsequently, confirmed by the 1st Respondent dated 29.3.2007 and direct the Respondent herein to reinstate the Petitioner.
ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

The restoration petition filed in WMP(MD)SR.No.19294/16 stands allowed on condition to pay Rs.500/- to the Legal Service Committees towards costs on or before 28.03.2018, failure which, this petition shall stands automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
