Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Direct the 3rd Respondent to consider and pass orders upon the grant of NOC to the water unit of the Petitioner within time frame during pendency of the above Writ Petition.2828/2018

for the 3^rd Respondent and of MR.M.VARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the 4^th Respondent the court made the following order:-

This Court vide order dated 28.04.2018, directed the 3^rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 01.11.17 for granting No Objection Certificate to him, observing that the said orders is to be passed strictly on Merits and in accordance with law.

2.Though almost five months had lapsed, till date no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider his application within time frame.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4.Taking into consideration, the submission made, this Court directs the 3^rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 01.11.17 for granting No Objection Certificate to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Post the Main Writ Petition after two weeks.
6.The Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
