To issue a writ of mandamus directing to the respondents to conduct election for yadhava sangam, paramakudi vide regn No.78/2011 by appointing election observer in the light of the proceedings of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the 1^st respondent in Na.Ka. No.1893/A2/2015 dated 15.05.2017.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.R.JEYAPALAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.ANAND C.RAJESH, Advocate for R1, the court made the following order:-

The Assistant Election Officer would submit that by virtue of communication dated 26.03.2019 the Administrator Mr.K.Kuruviah has resigned. The said communication is also perused.

In view of that the said Administrator is discharged. Since the election is to be held on 31.03.2019, in the absence of the Administrator, it is not possible to conduct the election.

The Assistant Election Officer is permitted to defer the election pending orders from this Court.
