It is represented that during the pendency of the writ appeal, the Corporation of Chennai was directed to carry out inspection and accordingly, it was carried out and a bill for a sum of Rs.88,000/- was raised and it was directed to be paid by the appellant as well as by the contesting private respondent. They are also willing to pay the same in equal proportion and the said submission made by the respective learned counsel appearing for the parties is placed on record.
