It is represented by the Counsel appearing for the petitioner in Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.74 of 2015 that the matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation centre and accordingly the matter has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.

Insofar as Tr.C.M.P.No.122 of 2015 is concerned, there is no representation for the petitioner, despite the matter being called twice. Inasmuch as it is noted that the parties had settled the issues before the mediation and conciliation centre, it is evident that nothing survives in this matter further.

In the light of the above position, both the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
