Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, he has no objection to transfer the case to the Family Court, Salem and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in F.C.O.P.No.328 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Erode and to be transferred to the Family Court Salem.
