Contempt Petition is filed under Section 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Court Act to issue notice to the Respondent and punish him for his wilful disobedience in non-compliance of the order passed by this Honourable Court in WP(MD)No.20756 of 2016 dated 26/10/2016 and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relates to the order passed by the Respondent No.4 herein in Na.Ka.No.61/A1/2016 dated 16.06.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to calculate the services of the Petitioner from the date of original appointment on 17.09.1982 for the purpose of payment of pension and to further direct the Respondents to pay the arrears of pension within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
