PRAYER: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code against the Decree and Judgment dated 07.11.2006 made in A.S.No.62 of 2005 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Nilgiris at Udagamandalam reversed the Judgment and decree dated 29.04.2005 made in O.S.No.61 of 2001 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kotagiri.
