2.On 10.01.2018, the learned counsel for the appellant reported no instructions and made an endorsement to that effect and accordingly the appellant being called and remaining absent, Registry was directed to list the matter again under the caption “for dismissal”, by printing the name of the appellant in the cause list today (i.e) on 11.01.2018.
