Prayer:- This Memorandum of Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the Judgment and decree dated 05.01.2007 passed in A.S.No.50 of 2006 on the file of the Sub Court, Maduranthakam confirming the judgment and decree dated 06.01.2006 passed in O.S.No.156 of 2003 on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Maduranthakam.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing for consideration, the learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo stating that in view of the fact that a massive temple has been constructed in the suit property by public, the appeal is not pressed.
- In view of the memo filed by the appellant, the Second Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
