J U D G M E N T

In this Second Appeal, the learned counsel for the appellants had already reported no instructions and accordingly, appellants being called and remaining absent, Registry was directed to list the matter today i.e., on 19.06.2018, under the caption “ for dismissal “, by printing the names of the appellants in the cause list.
