Application No. 2514/2017: Application praying that this Honourable court be pleased to implead the Applicant/Third party as party 7^th respondent in the above O.P.

Prayer in OP.No. 166 of 2016 : The petitioner prays that letters of Administration with the annexed may be granted to him to creditors/beneficiary under the will of the said deceased having effect limited to the state of Tamilnadu.

COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Today when the appeals are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed a memo dated 12.06.2018 stating that the appellant is not prosecuting the above appeals and hence, both the appeals may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the above, these original side appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
