This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's son, the detenu herein, by name, Eswaran, aged 22 years before this Court and set him at liberty.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing the detenu through the second respondent, submitted that it was found during enquiry that the detenu, who is a Transgender, on his own volition, went along https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with other transgenders to Chandigarh, from where, the respondents secured him.

3.On enquiry, since the detenu has expressed his willingness to go with the petitioner herein, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed and the detenu is allowed to go along with his parents.
