The present habeas corpus petition has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the detention order dated 27.01.2018 passed by the 2^nd respondent in and by which the 2^nd respondent detained the detenu, Deena @ Dinakaran @ Pugai, S/o Mohan, branding him as a 'Goonda' under Section 3 (1) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 with a view to preventing him from acting prejudicial to the interest of public health and public order.

When the matter is taken up today, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submit that the detention order impugned above has been revoked by the Government. A copy of the order of revocation in G.O. Rt.
