Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in detention order in CMP No.63/BLA/C2/2017 dated 11.11.2017 on the file of the 2^nd respondent and set aside the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body of the petitioner's brother Thiru Bharathi @ Bharathiraja [detenu] aged 30 years, son of Muthusamy now confined in Central Prison, Salem before this Court and set him at liberty.

of detention passed by the second respondent as against the brother of the petitioner herein dated 11.11.2017, has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.5995, Home, Prohibition & Excise [XIV] Department dated 18.12.2017 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
