a) direct the defendant to pay the plaintiff a sum of Rs.1,00,47,089/- towards the balance amount covered under the invoices along with its corresponding interest of Rs.48,22,602/- at the rate of 24% per annum to be calculated from 12.07.2013, in all a sum Rs.1,48,69,691, till date of plaint and together with corresponding interest at 24% per annum for the above total due from the date of plaint till the date of realization;
b) direct the defendant to pay the costs of the suit to the plaintiff; and
c) pass such further or other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
