PRAYER:- Plaint filed under Order VII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code and under Order IV Rule 1 of the High Court Original Side Rules to pass a Judgment and decree against the defendants 1 to 6 as follows;
(i) Declaring that the plaintiff is the absolute owner of the suit property with proper title vested in him and directing the defendants 1 to 6 or anybody claiming through them to vacate and deliver vacant possession of the suit property to the plaintiff and
