(b) granting a decree for 9/10th share in the 'B' Schedule property bearing New D.No.50, Abraham Street, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004, more fully described in the schedule 'B' hereunder;
(ii) grant Judgement and Decree for permanent Injunction as against the defendant his men, agents, servants or any one acting on behalf of him with respect to plaint 'B' Schedule property restraining him from disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the plaintiff and not to alienate or encumber in any manner plaintiff's share in the 'B' Schedule property bearing NewD.No.50, Abraham Street, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004, more fully described in the Schedule 'B' hereunder, pending disposal of this suit for partition;
(iii) grant Judgement and Decree for Permanent injunction as against the defendant his men and agents etc. with respect of 'A' Schedule property restraining him from alienating or encumbering the same in any manner, pending disposal of th suit for partition;
