Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act 1960 (as amended by Act 23 of 1973 and Act 1 of 1980), to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 18.12.2002 made in R.C.A.No.3/2001 and dismiss the appeal and order eviction of the respondent from the petition premises.
It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner is dead. The learned counsel submits that she could not receive instructions about the legal heirs of the petitioner, despite several attempts made by her to ascertain the same. This C.R.P. pertains to the year 2003. Till date, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taking steps to bring the LRs on record of the deceased petitioner in the C.R.P. Therefore, the C.R.P has now become abated.
Accordingly, the C.R.P. is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
