PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records pertaining to the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No. 462 of 2016 in O.S.No. 244 of 2008 passed by the Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, dated 14.11.2017 and set aside the same.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
