This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the District Munsif, Thiruchirappalli to expedite the hearing in EP.No.129/2017 in RCOP.No.153/2014 on its file and dispose of the same within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ORDER : This Petition is coming on for hearing on this day (03.08.2018) and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court 23.04.2018 and requisition letter submitted by the learned 1st Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli in letter D.No.681/2018 dated 20.07.2018 forwarded by The Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in letter D.No.7155, dated 25.07.2018 seeking extension of time, this court made the following order;
