This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25(1) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control)Act, 1960 against the judgment dated 20.12.2013, set aside the order passed in R.C.A No.3 of 2012 on the file of the Subordinate Judge/Rent Control Appellate Authority, Trichy, confirming the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.129 of 2008 on the file of the Rent Controller(Principal District Munsif Court),Trichy dated 03.12.2011.

DECREE: This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on Tuesday, the Twentieth day of March, Two Thousand and Eighteen, upon perusing the Grounds of Petition, the Judgments and Decree of the Rent Control Appellate Authority and of the Rent Controller and the material papers in the Appeal, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Rajkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.H.Lakshmisankar, Advocate for the Respondent, this case having stood over for consideration till this day, this court, doth order and decree as follows:

1.That the fair and Decretal order of the Rent control Appellate Authority, (Subordinate Judge), Trichy dated 20.12.2013 made in R.C.A.No.3 of 2012, confirming the order and decree of the Rent Controller dated 03.12.2011 made in R.C.O.P No.129 of 2008, be and hereby are confirmed, and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed;

2.That there be no cost in this Civil Revision Petition.
