filed a suit in OS.No.174 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif,
Tiruppur seeking for the relief of permanent injunction restraining the

also received notice from the Commissioner of Tiruppur Municipal Corporation, wherein it has stated that the building is in dilapidated condition and further the revision petitioners have been directed to demolish the building. Hence, the revision petitioners have filed the
present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for speedy disposal of
the said suit.
