In view of the endorsements made in the pronote on 01.08.2012 and 25.07.2015, the suit may be within the period of limitation. However, the issue of maintainability of the suit on the ground of limitation is kept open.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to re-present the plaint within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Registry of the Principal District Court, Namakkal shall number the plaint within a period of one week therefrom, if it is otherwise in order.
