The learned counsel for the Petitioner after arguing the case for a while, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
3.Since the case in C.C.No.48 of 2010 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur from the year 2010, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned Judge is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The trial Court is also directed to dispense

with the personal appearance of the Petitioner during trial, otherwise the presence of the Petitioner is required and the Petitioner is also directed to appear before the said Court as and when his presence is required.
