When the criminal revision was taken up for hearing on 27.09.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be posted on 04.10.2018 under the caption “for dismissal”.
2 Today, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Even though, the revision is pending from the year 2013 and the matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal”, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not come forward to conduct the case and hence this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
