PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petitions filed under Section
397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to
modify the order passed in M.C.No.43 of 2008, on the file
of the Family Court, Coimbatore by setting aside the
maintenance awarded in so far as the respondent's wife is
concerned.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the
learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of
this Court to withdraw the criminal revision petition and
she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
