petitioner to put a fence of his land and building bearing
survey No.268/2C, to an extent of 4024 Sq.ft in Kurinji Village,
Madhukarai Taluk, Coimbatore District, was situated at No.9/5,
Guruswamy Pillai Street, Podhanur, from the interference at the
instance of the respondent Nos.2 to 9 or any other members of
their family, by taking effective steps on the basis of the
complaint dated 07.03.2018, made to the respondent herein.
