COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in M.C.No.123 of 2014 pending on file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, and quash the same.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement that the Lower Court case M.C.No.123 of 2014 was withdrawn as settled as early as on 08.02.2018, hence both the Crl.O.P.Nos.8064 and 8065 of 2015 have become infructuous and the same may be permitted to be withdrawn these petitions.
