The learned Trial Judge had sought for extension of time, to complete the Trial. In the letter of request he had stated that the accused did not appear on 09.01.2019 and a Non Bailable
Warrant issued was against him and is pending for execution. Further, Regular Deputy Legal Advisor of the concerned Court had retired and Incharge of the Deputy Legal Advisor had been deputed to appear before the Trial Court only on two days in a week.
