In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai, to dispose of the C.M.P.No.6548 of 2018 in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.19936 of 2017 etc., dated.29.10.2018, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
