Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police, in connection with the case related to theft of idols, the petitioners have come forward with the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for anticipatory bail.

instructions, submitted that no case has been registered and no complaint has been received against the petitioners by the respondent police so far, in respect of the case related to theft of idols/antiques.
