This petition is filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.84 of 2018 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Vellakoil Police Station, Tiruppur District to the file of the 2nd respondent herein viz., the Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur District, or to any other Investigating Agency having competent jurisdiction to investigate the matter for proper investigation.
“7. I submit that during the course of investigation, I have sent the Viscera samples and Hyoid bone to Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Coimbatore and also pathology samples to Medical College Hospital, Coimbatore. Then on 15.06.2018, I have obtained Post Mortem Certificate with Final Opinion from the Post Mortem Doctor namely Dr.R.Mogudeeswaran, Assistant Surgeon, Government Hospital, Kangayam, the casued of the death “the deceased would appear to have died of asphyxia due to hanging.
With the above direction, this petition is closed.
