Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.R. SETHUPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASHOKAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted by this Court to the 1^st respondent in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11547 of 2017 dated 04.09.2017.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that in this case action has already been dropped and final report also filed to that effect before the Court below and hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ nothing survives in this matter.

Recording the above submission, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the final report before the appropriate forum.
