Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Mahila Court (The Fast Track Mahila Court), Thanjavur in S.C.NO.31/2012 dated 27/02/2017 and enlarge me on bail pending disposal of the above appeal and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.VELPRADEEP, Advocate for the petitioner and Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
As per the earlier order dated 10.07.2018, the appeal was directed to be listed for final hearing, by next week, which period has lapzed. At this point of time, the present petition is filed.
In such view of the matter, this petition is closed.
Post the appeal for final hearing on 20.09.2018.
