This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11731 of 2017, dated 06.09.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation from 25.09.2017 till date. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.324 of 2017 by the Court concerned.
