Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to cancel the bail granted in favour of the respondents 2 to 4 herein/accused 1 to 3 by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 3633 of 2018 dated 08.03.2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for R1 and Mr.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for R2 to R4 and of MR.I.PINAYAGASH, Advocate Commissioner the court made the following order:-
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the defacto complainant submits that the defacto complainant received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) which was imposed by the this Court.
2.The above said submission is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
