This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No. 9381 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 5878 of 2017, dated 20.10.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

has been filed and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.7 of 2017, by the concerned Magistrate.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD). No. 9381 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 5878 of 2017, dated 20.10.2017, is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all future hearing dates without fail.
