Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ARAVINDRAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.854 of 2018, dated 30.01.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 13.02.2018 to till date. He further submitted that investigation is not completed.
4.The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ either side are considered. The case has been registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 427 and 379(NH)
I.P.C., So, considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court came to the conclusion that this petition is filed too earlier for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
