2.This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19999 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018 to execute sureties.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:
“the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and two weeks time is granted from today to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.”
