by the petitioner herein and modified the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal and directed the respondents to engage the petitioner in the services of the first respondent as a part-time watchman.
took a stand that the practice of appointing part-time watchman has been abolished since 19.07.2011, as per the instructions issued by the Office of the Postmaster General in letter No.REP/83-2/2010 MA dated 18.07.2011 and thereafter, no requirement to the cadre of part-time watchman arises since then.
