The prayer sought for in the present petition is to

punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 05.10.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 20965 of 2017.

consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
