Pursuant to the order passed by the Writ Court, the

respondents issued a memo dated 26.09.2018 to execute the original Sale Deed. Further, it appears that the

petitioner is a partnership firm and one of the partners is no more. Therefore, the petitioner-firm was directed to produce certain documents.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the documents have been produced by the petitioner except one, which will be produced shortly.

3.This contempt petition is disposed of, accordingly by directing the respondents to take appropriate action in terms of the direction issued by the Writ Court as and when the petitioner produces the document, which they are yet to produce. No costs.
