2. Mr.V.Elangovan, the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioners and Mr.R.Ravi, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that, the claims made by the petitioners have been rejected by the respondent at the level of Additional Office. However, there are certain proceedings, which are taking place at the Head Office. Thus, it appears that, there could be some development in the matter, which may accrue in favour of the petitioners. Therefore, both the Contempt Petitions are closed for the present, giving liberty to the petitioners to revive the Contempt Petitions or challenge the orders that may be passed, if they are so aggrieved.
