2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 30.10.2017 has been complied with and the respondent has also filed a final report in C.C.No.137 of 2018.
3.I am of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the earlier order of this Court dated 30.10.2017.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
