ORDER : This petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit and the documents placed on record filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.R.Kannan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:-
“Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the Civil Revision Petition is restored to file.
The Registry is directed to list the Civil Revision Petition before the concerned Court next week”.
